Are your products natural or organic?+
Many of our products are organic, plant-based, or made with naturally derived ingredients. Each product page lists full ingredient details so you can decide what's right for you.
What are your shipping options?+
We ship to Canada and the United States. Orders over $1,000 CAD qualify for free shipping; otherwise a $40 flat-rate fee applies at checkout. Final rates and delivery times are confirmed before you complete your order.
How do you choose what to carry?+
We hand-select every product. If it's here, it's because we believe in the brand, the ingredients, and the experience it delivers. No filler products. No paid placements.
Are LED devices safe?+
Our beauty tech products are from brands with FDA and/or Health Canada clearance. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a professional if you have specific health concerns.
Is Sun Milk or Tallow Tan a sunscreen?+
No. These are nourishing skincare products, not SPF. They support and moisturize skin, not protect against UV exposure. Always use proper sun protection outdoors.
